Global HR Director

As a hands-on HR leader, the full-time Global HR Director will manage HR outcomes and deliverables, serve as a trusted advisor to technology leaders, and lead global planning cycles while working remotely and collaborating with teams across multiple regions. Key responsibilities Own and drive HR outcomes that align with the People and Culture vision and strategy Serve as a trusted counsel to Engineering and Product leaders on complex employee relations and performance issues Lead global planning cycles such as compensation planning, goal setting, and performance reviews Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader across multiple HR functions Prior experience managing HR teams across multiple countries Expertise in employment relations, performance management, and engagement practices Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and performance management systems
