Global Head of FP&A

Leading the modernization of financial planning and analysis across a complex global organization, the full-time Global Head of FP&A will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while collaborating with senior leadership and regional finance teams in a remote setting with occasional travel to Alabama. Key responsibilities: Lead global budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting across multiple regions and business units Consolidate financial plans and forecasts while standardizing planning calendars, assumptions, KPI definitions, and reporting across the organization Partner with executive leadership and various teams to enhance financial visibility and support business decisions Required qualifications: 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including senior leadership roles in a global organization Direct experience in planning, forecasting, and reporting across international regions Strong preference for experience within SaaS or technology-driven business models Proven success in leading finance transformation and process standardization initiatives Strong financial modeling and executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
