Otter is seeking a senior hardware operations leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our hardware product portfolio, including POS, Kiosk, and KDS/Lockers. You will drive delivery from prototype through production and fulfillment, while shaping long-term strategy with EMS/ODM partners.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, Support and Operations to translate business demand into concrete hardware plans, supply needs, and go-to-market readiness.
