As the Global Fleet Lead, the full-time remote position will manage vendor relationships, oversee fleet operations for over 9,000 vehicles globally, and drive cost-efficiency initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Key responsibilities Ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the fleet management program using KPIs for performance monitoring and continuous improvement Oversee all fleet operations, including vehicle administration, logistics coordination, and servicing to support business needs Manage vehicle lifecycle activities, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure fleet reliability and safety Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fleet Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; OEM experience preferred 5-7 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in Fleet Management or vehicle operations Strong knowledge of fleet operations, leasing practices, and residual value management Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish preferred
