Global Finance Coordinator

Partnering with another Global Finance Coordinator, the full-time Global Finance Coordinator will serve as a primary accounting consultant for overseas entities, guiding financial operations and supporting the leadership team in policy development and compliance. Key responsibilities Act as the primary accounting consultant and advisor for assigned Area Finance Coordinators Provide guidance on compliance with U.S. GAAP and support month-end and year-end closing processes Collaborate on the development of global accounting policies and training resources for international accounting staff Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant work experience Five or more years of accounting experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in accounting software, preferably NetSuite Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
