Spire is seeking a Senior Global Executive Recruiter to lead executive, commercial, and G&A hiring across North America and international markets. You will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and advise hiring managers with market insights and strategic recruiting plans.
You will own full lifecycle recruiting, partner with compensation and HR, and manage complex searches across diverse disciplines in a fast-paced global organization, including specialty searches when needed.
