Job OpportunityInternational long-only fund seeks Global Equity Research Analyst to cover general sectors, mainly in the US and Europe. The asset manager focuses on high quality growth stocks in long-term, fundamental value-oriented investment. The position is located in New York City and a part of the global team located in different time zone.
While the NY team covers the Western Hemisphere, the other office covers the rest.Responsibilities:Conduct bottom-up research of equities on assigned industriesDevelop and present new investment ideasMonitor current investments to enhance risk-adjusted returns for the portfolioMonitor the latest news on the underlining stocks in the portfolio and evaluate the impacts on the stocksBuild and maintain complete company models, create income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts and perform valuation analysisConduct on-site company visits and conference calls and meet the company managements frequentlyMaintain good and frequent communication with the portfolio managers on industries and stocks in their portfolioRequirements:Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record, MBA, CFA a PlusExcellent analytical skillsStrong work ethicsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Excel and BloombergStrong team orientation10+ Years of experience in Equity investment research at long-only fundsSenior/mature candidates are welcomeIndustrial/Material/Consumer staple sector analyst experience is preferable, but not mustWorking knowledge of accounting, finance, and valuationAbility to multi-task and work with numerous teamsBenefits: Full benefits
