Vialto is seeking a Manager, Global Equity & Reward to deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. You’ll manage global share plans from design to compliance while collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax.
This hybrid, full-time role is based in San Jose with occasional travel. You’ll work within a global hub model across US/UK/Australia, guiding governance, reporting, and analytics to align equity programs with client goals.
