- Reporting into a Business Unit President, this role will drive strategic growth initiatives in a high-impact, high-visibility part of the business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (MBA a plus)
- 5+ Years of Experience with Team Management
- Product Innovation Experience & NPD
- Strong Leadership Skills with Ability to take Ownership & Drive Change
