Rocketlane, a leading onboarding and professional services platform, is seeking a Global Director, Sales Development to lead our outbound engine. You will own a growing international team, evolving our top-of-funnel strategy from high-volume outreach to a high-relevance, solution-oriented approach.
You will manage ~30 BDRs/Leaders across NA, EMEA & India, coach leaders, and build a development path for BDRs to become AEs. Expect travel and equity in a high-growth Series C stage company.
