Global Director of Ethics & Compliance

UGI Corporation is seeking a Director, Ethics & Compliance to lead the global ethics and compliance program across the U.S. enterprise and international operations.

This high-visibility role reports to the Vice President & Deputy General Counsel and shapes policy, training, and due diligence.
