Global Director of Accounts Receivable

Leading the global Order-to-Cash finance process, the full-time Global Director of Accounts Receivable will manage billing, customer invoicing standards, cash application, collections governance, and dispute resolution while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Own the global AR process, including customer setup, billing readiness, invoice issuance, and collections routines Establish global procedures for billing, collections, credit, and cash application while accommodating country-specific requirements Partner with various teams to resolve invoicing issues, contractual billing requirements, and collection barriers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred 8+ years of leadership experience in AR, order-to-cash, billing, or collections Experience in a professional services or project-based environment is preferred Demonstrated ability to standardize and improve processes and drive automation across complex organizations
