Global Custodian Relationship Manager We're partnered with a leading global investment manager looking to hire a Global Custodian Relationship Manager to oversee key custody relationships across the UK and Western Europe.
This is a hands-on B2B relationship management role, combining stakeholder management, operational oversight, contract negotiations and strategic project delivery.
The focus is on managing and improving existing partnerships.
Own relationships with 5–10 major custodians across international markets Oversee service delivery, KPIs, SLAs and operational performance Lead contract reviews, fee negotiations and relationship improvements Manage escalations and coordinate solutions across internal and external teams Work closely with senior leadership and support junior analysts
5–10 years' experience in B2B relationship management in financial services, or the wealth & investment management space.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience overseeing complex institutional relationships and operational projects
Exposure to custody, asset management or financial services is advantageous, but not essential
