Leading the accounting function for Prime6 Brands, the full-time remote Global Controller will manage the monthly close process, serve as the primary contact for external auditors and tax preparers, and build scalable accounting infrastructure across multiple entities and currencies. Key responsibilities Lead and manage the accounting function across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax preparers, coordinating audit cycles and tax matters Prepare consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and oversee HGB statutory reporting for the German entity Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred 8 or more years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of an accounting team Deep expertise in US GAAP with experience managing external audits Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
