To support the financial operations of a rapidly growing company, the full-time salaried Global Controller will manage the entire global Accounting and Treasury function, ensuring IPO readiness, financial reporting, and team leadership in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own financial reporting processes, including close, consolidation, and account reconciliation, while improving efficiency and accuracy Lead IPO readiness initiatives, including SOX compliance and maintaining formal accounting policies Develop and grow a global accounting team, ensuring seamless collaboration across Finance functions Required qualifications 12+ years of accounting experience with senior leadership in a high-growth, operationally complex environment Big 4 audit background with hands-on IPO readiness experience Experience in multi-entity, international consolidation and transfer pricing Proven track record of building scalable accounting systems and processes Expertise in NetSuite and Excel/Google Sheets, with a comfort in using AI for automation
