Leading a team of approximately seven, the full-time Global Controller will manage the monthly and quarterly close processes, oversee revenue accounting, and develop a control framework for a remote-first company focused on subscription and usage-based revenue. Key responsibilities Lead monthly and quarterly financial close, ensuring timely and accurate US GAAP financials Own revenue accounting and serve as the technical authority on ASC 606 revenue recognition Build and maintain a control framework to keep financial books audit-ready in a global environment Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership Big 4 or equivalent public accounting foundation Deep knowledge of US GAAP, with expertise in subscription and usage-based revenue recognition Experience in automating accounting processes with measurable results Proven track record with external audits and maintaining audit-ready books
