We are partnering with a global, growth-focused organization to identify an experienced Global Compensation Manager to join their Total Rewards team.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing and executing global compensation programs that support business growth, talent retention, and organizational performance across a multinational environment.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in global compensation strategy, incentive design, market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and executive-level analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global compensation strategy and program execution
- Manage annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity programs
- Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary structure analysis
- Support STI/LTI incentive programs and executive compensation initiatives
- Perform pay equity reviews and compensation governance analysis
- Build dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready compensation insights
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leadership
- Drive process improvement and Workday Compensation optimization
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Strong experience with global compensation programs and incentive administration
- Ability to influence and advise senior leadership
- Expertise in compensation governance, pay equity, and job architecture
- Advanced Excel skills and Workday Compensation experience required
- Manufacturing or multinational company experience preferred
- CCP and/or GRP certifications are a plus
