Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) Unit Supply Manager Instructor - Troop SchoolProSidian Seeks a Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) Unit Supply Manager Instructor - Troop School in CONUS/OCONUS - Fort Liberty North Carolina to support an engagement for a branch of the military that provides Educational Instruction and Support Services for The Army Troop School (Fort Liberty) Soldier Development Program - Installation Troop Schools Program (Troop School) and serves a part of the system of military education in the U.S. armed forces in which both officers and enlisted men receive instruction within their own units.The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide Educational Instruction and Support Services for The Army Troop School (Fort Liberty) Soldier Development Program - Installation Troop Schools Program (Troop School). The Installation Troop School Program's purpose is to maintain readiness capabilities as outlined by AR 350-1 and reduce funding costs to the Army while simultaneously maintaining warfighting proficiency. Troop Schools provide academic instruction in job-related skills.These programs support readiness and training and are available to the Soldiers at no cost. This project specifically addresses the Installation Troop Schools Program (Troop School). The Troop Schools courses are based upon training requirements requested by installation commanders to ensure proper certifications to conduct garrison and deployment mission requirements.Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) Unit Supply Manager Instructor - Troop School Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and Provide Educational Instruction and Support Services for The Army Troop School (Fort Liberty) Soldier Development Program - Installation Troop Schools Program (Troop School).The Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) Unit Supply Manager Instructor shall work as part of Team ProSidian's Troop School Team and serve as a GCSS-A Unit Supply Manager instructor who possesses expertise in subject matter knowledge through on-the-job experience, GCSS-A Certification, or either a BA/BS in appropriate field or twelve (12) months prior teaching experience; possessing relevant education or teaching experience and capable of teaching adults.Thorough knowledge of the subject matter shall be demonstrated by education, experience, skill, or by any combination of the three. The Installation Troop School Program's purpose is to maintain readiness capabilities as outlined by AR 350-1 and reduce funding costs to the Army while simultaneously maintaining warfighting proficiency.Team ProSidian shall provide instructional and administrative services to conduct computer-delivered courses online via the Government-owned network, and off-line via Government-owned software.
Programs of Instruction (POI) will be approved by the TRADOC-designated proponent. All ProSidian Team Members shall adhere to standards of performance, which are generally acceptable to the post-secondary teaching profession. All personnel must keep their knowledge base current with upgrades to Army computer systems hardware/software concerning course Programs of Instruction (POI).Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
