To support the onboarding of employer partners across Pan-Africa, the full-time Global Client Manager will manage client relationships, oversee project coordination, and ensure high-quality service delivery in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship contact for global remote employer partners Manage effective onboarding and conduct regular project management meetings and performance reviews Monitor project performance, retention, and satisfaction while tracking employer engagement and outcomes Required qualifications Experience in account management, partnership management, or HR/recruitment roles Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships Familiarity with the African tech or talent ecosystem is a plus Deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, customer support, sales, or web development
