Astera Labs is seeking a globally oriented Global Supply Manager to own capacity planning, analytics, and automation across the supply chain. You will translate forecasts into constrained production plans and lead data-driven decisions with BI tooling.
In this role you will build data pipelines, integrate Databricks and Oracle sources, and craft multi-scenario capacity models. You will partner across Supply Chain, Ops, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Business Units to drive end-to-end improvements.
