Key responsibilities Define and maintain the global business development roadmap for Medical Devices aligned with growth priorities Lead the Global Medical Business Development strategy and coordinate initiatives across various regions Translate market insights into scalable service propositions and support local execution for sustainable growth Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years in business development or market development within the medical device TIC industry or a related regulated B2B environment Demonstrated experience developing and implementing business development strategies across multiple countries Proven success in coordinating distributed sales teams in a matrix organization without direct line authority University degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or a related discipline Strong understanding of MDR/IVDR and international regulatory frameworks
