Global Brand Manager: Employer Brand & Brand Projects

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Brand Manager (Employer Brand & Brand Projects) to join our Marketing Team. The role focuses on developing and executing global brand initiatives and the Employer Brand strategy to strengthen the company's position as an employer and technology brand.

You will lead cross-functional brand projects, coordinate with HR and Internal Communications, and plan campaigns with clear KPIs and budgets across priority markets.
