Owning the design and governance of benefits programs globally, the full-time remote Global Benefits Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with benefits regulations while analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. Key responsibilities Lead the design and improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries Scope and manage ambiguous, cross-functional projects such as country expansions and plan redesigns Oversee vendor and broker relationships, including renewal negotiations and compliance monitoring Required qualifications Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects independently Working knowledge of benefits and employment compliance frameworks, including ERISA and GDPR Proven experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating service agreements Ability to analyze program data and provide actionable recommendations A degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
