Playlist is seeking a leader to govern and optimize our global benefits programs, including self-insured health plans, HIPAA/privacy and ERISA compliance. You will build durable controls, standardize documents, and partner with Legal, Audit, HR Technology, and Finance to ensure consistent administration across jurisdictions.
You will also oversee committees, vendor relations, and risk programs while advancing documentation, training, and incident response.
