Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for an experienced and motivated Home Care Manager to lead operations in our Gloucester office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee the daily operations of home care services
• Manage scheduling and help ensure strong client-caregiver matches
• Maintain effective communication with clients, families, caregivers, and care teams
• Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction
• Lead, coach, and support office staff and caregivers
• Assist with caregiver recruiting, onboarding, and retention
• Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations and company standards
• Manage reports, documentation, and payroll preparation
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed
• Help identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of home care experience
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working with technology and electronic systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

EDUCATION

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health or Human Services preferre
