Position:

• Start Date: ASAP, pending credentialing
• Credentialing Time frame: 7-12 days
• Schedule: 4-5 days per week
• Hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Fridays let out early
• Practice Make-up: 13 operatories
• Procedures: Bread and Butter, Same day treatment
• Support Staff: Two Hygienist
• Patient Volume: 8-13 patients per day

Compensation:

• Daily guarantee
• Weekly pay
