Specializes in selecting, cutting, installing, and repairing glass and glass substitutes in commercial and residential buildings.
- Glass Installation: Fit, secure, and seal glass into windows, skylights, storefronts, and interior walls using clips, moldings, putty, or specialized fasteners.
- Cutting & Shaping: Measure, cut, and grind glass or mirrors to exact specifications, often using specialized hand-tools or automated cutting machinery.
- Framework Assembly: Install pre-assembled metal, wood, or aluminum frameworks and sashes before the glass is set into place.
- Removal & Repair: Safely remove, cut, and replace broken or damaged glass in existing structures.
