We are seeking hardworking and reliable Residential and Commercial Lead Glaziers to join our team. A&A Glass Co. is a small but growing glass company looking to hire lead installers for commercial and residential projects. Commercial Installer must have 5 yrs. minimum experience with storefront, doors, closers, fabrication, installation, and understand blueprints. Residential Installer must have 5 yrs. minimum experience with repair and installation of new vinyl windows, doors, screens, showers, and mirrors. We are looking for both Residential Leads as well as Commercial Leads.

Responsibilities
Manage your truck, tools, materials and parts in an efficient and organized manner
Comply with building and safety regulations
Provide the highest levels of customer service
Minimize costs and keep the project within budget
Properly fill out required paperwork
Report on progress
Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
Qualifications
