GIS Specialist 2On site REQUIRED. Must be available for hybrid (2 days a week) schedule. This position will support the DTMB geospatial enterprise as a member of the team responsible for configuration and operational support of enterprise GIS software and systems that leverage the environment.
This position is a key technical resource expected to possess extensive experience and understanding of ESRI software, especially ArcGIS Enterprise and extensions, ArcGIS desktop, troubleshooting, publishing map services, as well as an understanding of geospatial data structure and management.Primary duties include, but are not limited to:Administration and management of ArcGIS Enterprise implementations for state agenciesInstallation and troubleshooting of ArcGIS EnterpriseImplementing geodatabase changes and management of geodatabase versionsConfiguring and publishing of map servicesFacilitating meetings with state agency customers using the geospatial enterprise servicesTroubleshooting system issues and working with vendors, DTMB staff, and customers to resolveDesired technical and software skills include, but are not limited to:ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise administrationESRI GeoEvent Server, Workflow ManagerESRI ArcGIS ProMicrosoft SQL ServerPython or other scripting experienceExperience with geodatabases and geodata managementArcGIS Online
