Job TitleA bachelor's degree in geography or a related field and 3+ years of work experience in the development and maintenance of geographic information systems (GIS).3+ years of experience utilizing ESRI's ArcGIS Maps SDK.3+ years of experience with scripting and development languages (Python, HTML, CSS, JQuery and Bootstrap, C#).3+ years of experience with SQL Database, ArcGIS Server Administration for ArcGIS Enterprise.3+ years of experience with GIS software standards and capabilities; ability to analyze and accommodate GIS user requirements; ability to develop and manage GIS projects effectively.Knowledge of ArcGIS server infrastructure and ArcGIS Enterprise Portal maintenance.***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor.
