AdventHealth Dade City/Zephyrhills is seeking dedicated Gastroenterologists (general and GI hospitalists) to join their world-class Digestive Health Institute. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a leading healthcare provider that combines cutting-edge medical expertise and technology to deliver compassionate, whole-person care in East Pasco County. The organization is embarking on a journey to become a destination for digestive health, led by a clinical and administrative Dyad with a vision for collaboration, clinical excellence, and research.

• The Digestive Health Institute is led by a clinical and administrative Dyad.
• The West Florida Division Medical Group has nearly tripled in size over the last six years, with a projection to grow to 900 providers by the end of 2026.
• The Medical Group spans a broad geography in eight counties, with practices in Charlotte, Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk counties as well as five Care Pavilions.
• The Medical Group's providers represent 40 specialties and care for one million patients annually.
• AdventHealth Dade City is a 122-room facility with 17 ER beds.
• AdventHealth Dade City is home to the only transitional care unit in Pasco County and offers specialized services including accredited cardiovascular and bariatric programs, a sleep clinic, comprehensive women's health care services and advanced surgical care including robotic-assisted surgery.

Compensation

• Base plus bonus potential over $700K
• $100K signing bonus
• Salary guaranteed with productivity incentives
• Occurrence-based malpractice coverage
• Sign-on and relocation allowance
