You will support patients through colon cancer screening outreach, education, and care coordination; the ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and collaborates with providers and clinic staff to ensure timely screenings and follow-up care.
This remote-eligible role requires WI/IA/MN residency; 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm.
