Under the authority of the section chief and the department head, the HR manager:
- Participates in the organization of administrative tribunals and mobility campaigns, of the body managed by the section to which he/she is assigned
- Ensures the drafting of management acts and miscellaneous notes (responses to individual requests) related to the scope of management of his/her service.
- Is responsible for the administrative management of the career of the agents under his/her charge (promotion, detachment, transfer, availability, resumption of seniority, etc.)
- Is expected to have very regular contacts with the other departments of the section, with the other offices of the human resources sub-directorate of the penitentiary administration directorate and with the interregional directorates of penitentiary services.
Profile Sought
Knowledge Mastery of computer tools
Mastery of the SIRH (Harmonie) would be a plus
Notions of statutory rules in the field of public service law
Good understanding of regulatory procedures

Previous professional experiences desired:
Experience in the field of human resources management would be a plus.
