THG Ingenuity is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor for a 3–6 month remote contract based in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across live chat, phone, email and social media, while resolving order issues and ensuring a high standard of service.
You’ll work shifts 8am–8pm with 1 in 3 weekends, using your English and German language skills to engage professionally and helpfully with customers and collaborate with colleagues as needed.
