Key responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on time for assigned cycles, ensuring compliance with all regulations Maintain and verify employee payroll master data, addressing any discrepancies promptly Conduct pre- and post-payroll validations and assist with statutory reporting and audits Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in native (in-house) payroll processes for Germany Hands-on experience with DATEV processing Completed Kaufm nnische Ausbildung or Lohnbuchhalter qualification Working knowledge of German wage tax, social insurance, and labor law Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English for effective communication
