Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, all-inclusive care within the PACE program for patients aged 55 and older.
- Perform general geriatric visits, including wellness checks and managing conditions such as cold, cough, flu, diabetes, and hypertension.
- Manage a workload that includes significant paperwork and administrative duties.
- Serve an underserved patient population, with a high percentage of Medicaid recipients.
- Collaborate with Spanish-speaking MAs and utilize translators to support a patient base that is 75% Spanish-speaking.
