Qualifications
- Graduate degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active and unrestricted New York NP or PA license
- DEA registration
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Post-acute care experience preferred but not required (training provided)
