Introducing an excellent opportunity in Hartford, Connecticut to join Hartford HealthCare’s highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary Geriatrics and Palliative Care team. This full-time position is based at Manchester Memorial Hospital and focuses mostly on inpatient geriatric medicine and ideally palliative care. Providers will work with an established team of geriatric specialists within a fully integrated healthcare network.

Responsibilities
- Provide mostly inpatient geriatric medicine and ideally palliative care
- Participate in optional academic teaching with a faculty appointment
Compensation
- Uncapped incentive bonus
