Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

Deliver high-impact, relationship-centered care through the Ascension Living PACE program-caring for a smaller, medically complex senior panel with the support of a fully integrated interdisciplinary team, allowing you to focus on quality, continuity, and keeping patients safely in their homes.

What Minimum Requirements Youll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
