Seeking experienced geriatric medicine physicians, the flexible remote Geriatric Medicine Advisor will provide clinical, operational, and strategic guidance to enhance virtual chronic disease prevention and management programs for older adults. Key responsibilities Provide clinical and strategic guidance on virtual care programs focused on geriatrics and chronic disease management Support evaluation of new clinical initiatives and digital health solutions aimed at improving outcomes for older adults Advise on geriatric workflows, medication management, and evidence-based approaches to chronic disease prevention Required qualifications MD or DO with experience practicing geriatric medicine Board certification or board eligibility in Geriatric Medicine preferred Experience in chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and telemedicine preferred Strong understanding of geriatric care pathways and patient engagement Ability to commit approximately 2-4 hours per month to advisory activities
