Compensation
- Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations
- Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
- Annual salary: $250,000 - $330,000
Shift & Schedule
- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
- 4 days in office, 1 day work from home
- Call only 2 times monthly, 4 weekends per year
Requirements
- Board certification required
- Massachusetts license required
- Value-based care experience with geriatrics focus preferred
