Geriatric Primary Care Physician — Home Visits, 8–5

WelbeHealth in California seeks Primary Care Physicians to provide life-changing, community-based care to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants within a value-based PACE program. Work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care and develop long-term relationships.

Base salary plus bonus, relocation assistance, 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision coverage, and regular hours (8am–5pm, Mon–Fri) with home visits and occasional on-call responsibilities.
