This full-time, permanent position focuses on serving a predominantly geriatric population within a collaborative, patient-centered care model. The role offers a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities, ideal for those passionate about caring for older adults.
Practice Info
- Outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibility

- Patient population is primarily geriatric, expanding to Internal Medicine (18+)
- Manageable census of 7-10 patients per day
Compensation
- Compensation: $230,000 - $310,000 annually, based on experience

Requirements
- MD or DO
- BC or BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active New York State medical license or eligibility
- Medicare and Medicaid Provider ID (active or eligible)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- New graduates welcome
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
