EmpowerMe Wellness seeks a licensed therapy professional to serve seniors across our EmpowerMe 360 program in California communities. You will provide therapy (PT/OT/SLP) and wellness services, assess residents, and deliver evidence-based interventions in collaboration with a care team.
You’ll coordinate care, support caregiver communication, and contribute to program quality while enjoying a predictable schedule and meaningful impact on independence and safety for older adults.
