Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life. The PTA will document treatments, track progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team within our supportive, patient‑centered culture that values dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
