Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a caring Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you’ll assist physical therapists with treatment planning and implementation, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility programs to improve safety and independence. You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers.
