Geriatric Occupational Therapist — Rehab & Functional Independence

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in East Hanover, NJ is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess referred patients and develop rehabilitation plans. You will provide direct patient care, set goals, document progress, and educate families under physician direction.

Responsibilities include supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Residents' Rights. Shift coverage includes weekdays and weekends.
