Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a full-time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our busy department in Prescott, Arizona.
- EMR: Cerner
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care focus.
- Office Patients: Patients are seen in the office with some off-site home visits in the surrounding area.
- Project volume: 250 patients.
- Typical work week: option to work 4 or 5 days per week in a clinic setting and off-site visits throughout the community to accommodate patient needs.
- Typical patient visit load: 2 new consults a day and follow-up visits.
Job Requirements
- Current Board Certification.
- Valid medical license.
- Valid DEA certificate.
- 2-5 years experience in geriatrics with a focus on cognitive diseases preferred.
Pay Range
$109,803 - $160,078 /year
