Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a full-time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our busy department in Prescott, Arizona.
* EMR: Cerner
* Alzheimer's and Dementia Care focus.
* Office Patients: Patients are seen in the office with some off-site home visits in the surrounding area.
* Project volume: 250 patients.
* Typical work week: option to work 4 or 5 days per week in a clinic setting and off-site visits throughout the community to accommodate patient needs.
* Typical patient visit load: 2 new consults a day and follow-up visits.
Job Requirements
* Current Board Certification.
* Valid medical license.
* Valid DEA certificate.
* 2-5 years experience in geriatrics with a focus on cognitive diseases preferred.
Pay Range
$109,803 - $160,078 /year #J-18808-Ljbffr
