Total Life, Inc. is seeking licensed nurse practitioners to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities in the Connecticut shoreline area (Groton-New Haven). You’ll open with an educational talk, then conduct one-on-one longevity visits, under the guidance of our Chief Medical Officer.
Expect on-site, weekday site days with 4–8 hours per day and growing bookings. You’ll be trained in geriatric assessment, cognitive tools, and Medicare documentation, while representing Total Life
